			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Florida TV station WFTV investigated IUPA’s (International Union of Police Associations) questionable fundraising practices. They found that IUPA hired telemarketers who, in the name of police officers, raised $5.3 million in donations. But then IUPA allowed the telemarketers to keep $4.9 million of those donations for themselves as fees.</p>
<p>When reporters asked IUPA President Sam Cabral about this, they found him partying on private beach at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. He was attending a “union training” paid for by your dues money. But the training only lasted four hours.</p>
